awesome books and a movie!!!

ok, so i have a few recommendations i thought you might like, and here they are

The House on Sugar Plum Lane, this is a book i have read recently, and it's one of the best books I have ever read!  and since I am not very good at writing descriptions, i give you this description brought to you by, http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/d/judy-duarte/house-on-sugar-plum-lane.htm

The House On Sugar Plum Lane

The beautiful Victorian house that Amy Masterson decides to rent, fully furnished, is more than just a place to start over with her young daughter. When Amy learns that the three-story house on Sugar Plum Lane belonged to her great-grandmother, Eleanor Rucker, who Amy's mother had been searching for until her recent death, she hopes she can find a window into the past her mother never found.

As Amy settles into Fairbrook, she's stunned to learn that Ellie Rucker still lives on Sugar Plum Lane, cared for by Amy's neighbor, Maria. But Ellie's mind is failing rapidly, her memories fading with each passing day. She shows no hint of recognition when her great-granddaughter introduces herself, and Amy is heartbroken at the chance they've both missed. But it's never too late to hope--or to trust in bonds of love that, though they cannot be seen, can never be broken. . .

there you have it! the house on sugar plum lane, next we have sissy pike, the movie....

this description comes from http://www.crosswalk.com/movies/1354570/
On her first night at youth group, Sissy encounters Traci, the local teen prima donna whose father just happens to be an elder in Sissy’s new church – and their biggest donor.  Can you say attitude?  Within days, the blond and beautiful Traci has dissed Sissy’s clothes, her hair and even her new friend.  She’s obviously jealous, but what’s a girl to do?
When Sissy takes up the geeky youth pastor’s challenge to lead the group one night, Traci gets her chance to do some real damage.  Sissy just wants to get kids out to hear the Word of God, but Traci wants desperately to stay in control.  Fortunately, Sissy’s got two loving parents on her side – along with a lot of godly maturity.
