Hitting the horizon

its the 3rd of july, and im heading to church, my parents are going to get a spot for fireworks, well im at church. why are parents so important? why do i need to listen to them? i hear many kids ask. you need to listen to them because god gave them authority over you, there supposed to, teach you responsibility, and show you the way into life. and though most parents dont do their job right now, a lot of others do. you need to respect your parents, when they punish you.
